DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Type: Full-time
Company: CAFE ESPANA LIMITED (trading as Cafe le’ibo)
Location: 128 Bayswater Road, London
Salary: £51,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Liaise with the Directors to determine the range of products to sell within our own brand.
  • Manage and promote the company’s digital platforms, including the website, mobile application, and social media channels such as Instagram.
  • Conduct market research on competitors around the surrounding area as well as new ways to market the company.
  • Create, manage, and optimise online advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and display networks.
  • Develop and oversee search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic website traffic.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programmes, and promotional activities to encourage repeat business and customer engagement.
  • Produce and manage high-quality digital content, including promotional materials, social media content, and marketing communications that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Build relationships with clients, negotiate contracts with suppliers and collaborate with other companies to increase business sales.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation by monitoring customer reviews, responding to feedback, and maintaining positive customer relationships across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant data protection, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximise campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to maintain the company’s competitive position within the hospitality sector.

Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Good teamworking and communication skills.
  • Expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Previous experience in negotiating contracts.
  • Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience within the hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or customer-focused sectors.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, online ordering systems, and digital customer engagement tools.
